What exactly is STSI Holding App?
The STSI Holding App was developed to connect buyers and suppliers on the steel industry. Buying steel is a complex process, and together with our team of experts is, our app has the goal to turn this into an easier and faster task for our Clients.
How to Download STSI Holding App?
1. First, open you App Store on your iPhone, or Play Store on your Android.
2. Search for STSI Holding, and make sure to download the app with our logo.
3. Click on the download icon and wait a couple of seconds.
4. Done! You can now open our app and start your sign-up process.
How to Sign Up on STSI Holding App?
1. Open the app and click on SIGN UP
2. Now, input your personal information like Name, Last Name, Email, Telefone, Company name, the name you want to use, and create your password
3. On the next step, you need to input the products you usually buy or sell. For each product, you can add different choices
4. First-choice, second-choice, and third-choice are some of the options you have.
5. You can add multiple products by clicking on add another product. You will only see offers about the products and choices you input.
6. The last step is to select the Ports you want to get shipping prices. You can also select multiple Ports.
7. Done! Now click on SIGN ME UP and wait for your account to be confirmed by our team.
Understand the Main Tabs on STSI Holding App
1. Once you sign in, you will see 4 main tabs: Dashboard, Market, Messages and News.
2. On your Dashboard, you can see new offers and important account numbers.
3. When you click on Market, on the bottom menu, you will see all offers that are available for you. You can also Filter your offers, or search by offer number or name.
4. Click on Messages to see all chats you opened about offers and talk to our team.
5. If you click on News, our website will open with our latest news. But don’t worry, you will remain in our app, and can close this tab when you want.
Is it available in my country?
Yes, our app is available in all countries. All you have to do is download it your smartphone and sign up.
You can input Ports and get shipping prices for all over the world.
Managing your account
How do I manage my account?
On the app, you can click on your profile picture at the top right, or open the left menu and click on Settings. There, you will find:
1. Your Personal Information, like profile picture and name.
2. Option to Update your Password.
3. Your Business Information, like VAT number and Address.
4. Your Trading Information, which are the products you usually buy or sell, and Ports you want to get shipping prices for.
5. Your Commercial Information, where you can input your team’s contacts so they are also updated with our offers.
How to update my Products and Ports list?
To update the Products you usually buy or sell, go on your Profile > Trading Information > Edit Products List.
You will only see offers about the products and choices you input.
To update the Ports you get shipping prices, go on your Profile > Trading Information > Edit Port List.
How to reset or change my password?
To change your password, go to your Profile > Change Password.
If you don’t remember your password, click on Forgot my Password, at the sign-in screen and input your email.

How do I delete my account?

How can I confirm my purchase?
To confirm your purchase, click on Confirm Order on the offer details. Our team will contact you as soon as possible to arrange details.
How can I make questions about one offer?
On the offer details, click on Make Question and send us a message with your questions.
